Convexsoft Icon Designer is a powerful tool that lets you create icons, cursors and icon libraries. It not only lets you create them, but also edit and organize them. The icons can be created from your own photos, without hardly losing quality.

To each of the icons/cursors you create with Convexsoft Icon Designer you can apply effects, rotate them, add relief, colour them, insert shading, transparencies, negative effects, etc. You can also save monochrome icons, in 16 colours, greyscale, 256 colours, etc.

The resulting icons can be from a tiny size of 8x8 to 256x256 pixels. The Convexsoft Icon Designer user can also predefine the exact colour they want for each icon. These icons can be exported in BMP format.
